Introduction
As a kind of halogen free flame retardant blend, EcoFlame NP-1000 is especially developed and manufactured to offer good flame retardant effectiveness to polypropylene products. Our product is a phosphorous-nitrogen based chemical additive, and it is also characterized by remarkable thermal stability and compatibility.

Caution
When using EcoFlame NP-1000, it should be mixed with other materials evenly at first. As for the twin-screw processing step, the temperature needs to be maintained at a proper value, and please keep good vacuum degree. On the other hand, inorganic fillings, such as glass fiber, French chalk, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate and others, all have influence over the final flame retardant performance.
