Name:Bow Spring Centralizer/Integral Centralizer
Features:
Our rigid centralizer is casting-made. The crew type rigid casing centralizer has obvious advantages over the spring centralizer in its simple structure, reliability, high strength and convenient use on site. It is widely used in casing in vertical or highly-deviated well. The rigid screw-type centralizer is a must for casing spiral in the cementing in vertical wall. It is also necessary for casing rotating in cement isolation in the deviated or horizontal well where the spring centralizer is not strong enough for heavy casing. With four or six contacts, centralizers with different sizes and specifications are available for wellbores of different sizes. The centralizer can rotate and slip freely on the sleeve or be fixed by locator or anchor screw. It also helps remove the mud on the sleeve and make the well wall clear when the casing is put into the well. The rotational flow produced by the centralizer during cementing can increase volumetric sweep efficiency. Working as a tray upholding the casing in the centre makes it important for well cementation.
Installation Instruction:
The casing centralizer should be mounted on the interval that is in accordance with the design requirement. The outer diameter of the centralizer should be based on the size of wallbore.
1. It can be installed directly on the casing
2. It moves freely between couplings
3. It can be installed by hinge on any position on the sleeve.
